The Bartenders Ball takes place once a year to dedicated an evening to celebrate the incredible individuals within Berkshire's hospitality industry with awards whilst also raising funds for a fantastic cause.

As part of the night, we invite you to vote for the ‘Hospitality Employee of the Year’ Award 2025. This is your chance to shine a light on someone who has gone above and beyond in their role. Anyone can vote, and you may vote for as many individuals as you like—however, you cannot vote for the same person more than once.

In addition, we will be hosting a charity raffle, with all proceeds going to Hospitality Action, an organisation dedicated to supporting those in our industry.
