Bartók and Sibelius

The Academy of St Mary-le-Bow opens its new season with a dynamic evening of 20th-century orchestral masterpieces at The Duke’s Hall. Bartók’s Concerto for Orchestra will be performed alongside Sibelius’s Symphony No. 5 in E-flat major: two landmark works that highlight the richness, complexity and emotional depth of the modern orchestral repertoire.
