This 6-week ***FREE*** course is aimed at learners who are looking to gain further computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications, to help them get organised at home or obtain key knowledge for office work.
Learning will cover:
Word:
How to create and format a document, how to add images/videos, use Editor and Spell Checker, and how to print your file.
Excel:
How to create a workbook, enter data, use formulas and filters, adjust layout and customise the look of your file.
Outlook:
How to set up an email account, read and send email with attachments and links, how to organise emails, manage junk email and set up an email signature.
Zoom:
How to host and join an online video/audio call/meeting, and what all those buttons on the call screen mean!
You will learn too about Uploading and Downloading files, about ZIP files and how to use FREE online storage in the Cloud!
Also available ***FREE*** half an hour of tech support for all students!
Prerequisites:
You will already have some knowledge about using computers, how to use a mouse, about the keyboard, know how to get online and have some experience of using email.
