Basic Life Support and Naloxone Administration Training for Service Workers
This training session is for any statutory or third sector service worker that is working directly with individuals who are at risk of opioid overdose. This training session will cover basic overdose awareness, what naloxone is and how it should be administered. The training will also look at the Care Inspectorate Guidelines for storing service supplies of Naloxone. Participants should come appropriately dressed for taking part in practical training on basic life support (including the recovery position).
