This session is for individuals who have been tasked with creating email campaigns to support fundraising activity and possess limited or no knowledge of how to use Mailchimp®. During this three hour workshop we will cover:
- Best practice case study examples
- Tour of the Mailchimp® dashboard
- Creating and managing lists
- Using drag and drop to create an email campaign
- Testing and scheduling emails
- Using the reporting to view recipient activity
By the end of the session you will have the knowledge to upload databases, create email campaigns, send out and identify click-thru and open rates to measure return on activity and inform future actions.
The workshops will be delivered by Jean Atkinson DipM MCIM, a Chartered Marketer with 20 years of internal marketing experience. Jean owns Eden Marketing Ltd and is also a lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Marketing on the Level 6 Diploma.
