Basics in Sexual Health for Counsellors

This training provides an essential introduction to sexual health for counselling professionals working with diverse clients/service users. It covers core knowledge of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) includes blood borne virus, and covers transmission, prevention, and treatment, while also exploring the emotional and psychological impact of receiving a diagnosis. Participants will gain practical skills to communicate sensitively, support clients effectively, and promote positive sexual health outcomes.
