✨ Module Three: Basics of Spirituality✨
After exploring ‘Faith’ (core beliefs - mind) and ‘Practice’ (daily actions - body), this third module in our beginner-friendly series focuses on the inner dimension of Islam: Spirituality - soul.
How do Muslims connect with Allah on a deeper level? What does mindfulness, sincerity and inner peace look like in Islam? This module opens the door to the spiritual heart of the religion, based on classical Islamic teachings and contemporary insights grounded in the Holy Quran, Sunnah and scholarly tradition — in a way that’s easy to understand, reflect on, and apply.
