According to CIPD/Hays research published in June, 75% of UK HR professionals report recruitment difficulties, highlighting the need for smarter, more targeted recruitment strategies.

One approach is Strengths-based recruitment, and our speaker will cover various aspects of Strengths-based recruitment and development, including:

- What a strengths-based approach to recruitment and development for early career, volume and specialist hiring looks like

- Future trends in assessment including integrated assessments, time-recorded cognitive tests and Capp’s groundbreaking innovation- virtual reality for assessment centres;

- Experience how you can implement Strengths-based approaches in your organisation.

Gurpal will also share some recent case studies, including work with global banks, FMCGs and legal sector organisations.

Our speaker:

Gurpal Minhas

Strategic Account Director, Capp & Co Ltd.

Gurpal is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and leads Capp’s new client interventions supporting organisations to assess talent objectively in both early career, specialist and high-volume campaigns.

Gurpal has supported many clients such as M&G Investments, Bechtel, Thomson Reuters and Reed Smith, to implement strengths based recruitment and development approaches.

Gurpal is a member of the British Psychological Society and holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
