This is a 90 minute webinar being held at your desk during lunchtime (12.30 to 14.00).

During the event our trainer will discuss the following:

  • Classification & Structure of Social Calls
  • Type D Advertisement Calls
  • Mating Strategies of Bats relative to acoustic behaviour
  • Species Examples (Pipistrellus, Myotis, Plecotus & Nyctalus)
  • Hints & Tips

On the morning of the event you will be sent, by email, a pdf document containing some support material that you may find useful to refer to, or use for note taking, during the event.

Additional Important Information

  • This is a webinar, therefore those participating do not need to have anything to hand during the event other than access to their computer screen (with sound) & the course handout which will be sent by email (pdf) on the morning of the event.
  • During this event our trainer will be using BatSound software to demonstrate the points being discussed. The call examples being used will be real time (i.e. full spectrum), time expansion (x10) or frequency division.
