4th October (19:00 – 21:00): Bat Walk

Come and meet our nocturnal flying mammals. These creatures are not as blind as the saying suggests, they are able to map out the area around them and catch a moth in mid-air or pick a spider from its web. Borrow our bat detectors and discover the secret world of the bat’s echo location. Please come dressed for the weather conditions and bring a torch if you have one.

Age 10+ (Children must be accompanied by an adult).
