Thrings’ Meets special in-person edition at Bath Digital Festival
Join us on May 15th at 6 pm for an engaging evening as we bring Thrings meets to the Bath Digital Festival. Over a glass of wine, we'll dive into a panel discussion featuring the minds behind the Bath Digital Festival and techSPARK, who are celebrating their 10th birthday.
We’ll be talking about the Bath tech and digital community, why BathSPARK started, how that evolved into techSPARK, how the Bath Digital Festival was formed and the challenges along the way, as well as the changes that they have all seen in the region over the last twelve years.
Why in a digital age is a real-life community so important, what is the role of us all in making Bath a great place to run a digital business (what is a digital business in 2024?) and what will the future of the community look like?
We’ll be speaking to Katrina Kelly, Abby Frear and Ben Shorrock, all of whom have been a part of the journey of both the festival and the community development.
