A series of training runs, getting you ready to run the Bath Half Marathon in March

About this Event

Join Run Bath and Run Coach Angela, for a series of long distance training runs over the Autumn and Winter season. Each week the distances will gradually increase from 6 miles to (a final optional) 14 miles.

In order to get the most out of the group runs, you should be able to already run 5 miles at the start of the programme (September) and although you don't have to join in every run, its advisable to attend at least one session a month.

For safety reasons we must insist that no headphones are worn by any attendee, and please ensure you wear bright or reflective clothing. Always bring water (or whatever drink you prefer) and if necessary some sweets (especially on the long runs).

The exact distances that we will be running will be posted to our Facebook page a few days before the run.

Please register if you will be attending, we cannot accept people who show up on the day, due to safety reasons.
