Stonehenge

First we head to Stonehenge the most popular prehistoric monument in the world. Marvel at the huge 40 ton stones that were brought from Preseli mountains over 280 miles away. Discover the mysteries that surround the slaughter stone and see the numerous earth barrows where the beaker people lie buried. Later we head through the Salisbury plains towards Bath.

Bath

Bath is without doubt one of the major highlights for anyone travelling around the UK. A city so beautiful and special that it has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.

A guided tour of the following places:

The Royal Crescent

One of Bath’s most iconic landmarks, was built between 1767 and 1775 and designed by John Wood the Younger. This impressive landmark forms a sweeping crescent of 30 Grade I Listed terrace houses, and is without doubt one of the greatest examples of Georgian architecture anywhere in the UK.

Bath Abbey

Pilgrims and visitors have been made welcome at Bath Abbey for hundreds of years. As one of the most visited places in the South West, we welcome hundreds of thousands of people through our doors each year, but are fully aware that every visitor comes with their own expectations, beliefs and purpose.

Victoria Art Gallery

Gain free entry to the fascinating collection at the Victoria Art Gallery or before browsing some of Bath’s fabulous independent shops for a great gift or memento of your visit.

Free time in Bath to enjoy:

UK’s only natural thermal spa

Spend an hour exploring the remains of one of the greatest spas of the ancient world. The Roman Baths lie at the epicentre of the World Heritage City right next to the Abbey.

Shopping

The city is a shopper’s haven, packed full of leading fashion and homeware brands such as Jack Wills, Ted Baker, Karen Millen, Urban Outfitters, Jo Malone, Apple and Whistles to name but a few.
