Description

This show is taking place on 29th & 30th September 2017 on the top floor* of Dina Venue in Sheffield (this is one the same road as The Benjamin Huntsman). The show starts at 7:30pm with doors opening at 7pm.

Tickets are £6, however, if you show up in superhero/supervillian costume, your tickets will be £5!

The event is split into two parts:

The first act is Spoof! There it is! Which is a selection of comedy sketches including, new writing, devised work and more. It will also contain a showcase of spoofs and parodies from TV, Film and the Internet.

The second act is Batman: A Spoof Musical! This has been written by Michael Hudson and Lucy Smith-Jones and is loosely inspired by characters created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger for DC Comics. It is a one-act parody of Batman which sees three infamous villains try to take over Gotham using the power of Musical Theatre. It's very much camp 1960's Adam West Batman witha few moments of Bale and Batfleck thrown in too. It's a jukebox musical featuring songs from old school broadway to modern classics so you'll hopefully already be familiar iwth the songs.

Join Bruce, Dick and Alfred as they tackle the craze of the great white way taking over their beloved city and their attempts to stop it.

We look forward to seeing you there!
