Overview

Drop-in self-harm support group for 16-25s - warm, welcome, safe!

Our 16–25s peer support group is a safe, relaxed space where you can be yourself, meet others who understand, and explore healthier ways of coping. There’s no pressure to share and no judgment — just support and connection.

  • No referral, booking, or waiting list — just turn up
  • Come when you need to, it's not a course, you don't have to attend every week
  • Bring a friend, family member, or support worker if it helps
  • Short 1-to-1 chats with a peer worker available if you’d like extra support
  • Access this group alongside our other face-to-face, virtual, or online services

We also run fortnightly 18+ and 50+ groups (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/f2f-support-groups-leeds-adults.html), an LGBTQ+ group (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/lgbtq-f2f-group.html) and groups for family & friends of people who self-harm (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/f2f-support-group-leeds-family.html)
