Overview
Whether you’re struggling or managing your self-harm well, you’ll find understanding peers, optional activities and the freedom to share as much or as little as you like. No pressure, no judgment — just support, connection and a place to belong.
What to Expect
- A relaxed, safe space where you decide how much to take part
- Optional activities like craft, art, and board games
- Friendly social time before and after the group
- No pressure — you’re welcome just to be with us
