Lee and Fiona have been in the energy efficiency industry for over 10 years and are the directors at Elian Property Surveys (EPS).
EPS is based in Preston and is an energy efficiency consultancy carrying out domestic and commercial EPCs, SAP and SBEM Assessments and Overheating Calcultions. EPS also consult with landlords, developers and housing associations on refurbishment projects to help properties reach a C rating in the most cost effective way possible.
Alongside the energy efficiency side of the business, EPS also provides Fire Risk Assessments for HMOs and Legionella Risk Assessments operating throughout the North West and further depending on the project.

We host on the last Wednesday of every month and our format ranges from site tours of local projects in the area to casual networking at the pub.
