BBC's Ros Atkins will share his experience working on the project "50:50 Challenge", which seeks to balance gender on BBC programmes. After the talk, the audience is invited to take part in a Q&A with Ros and share suggestions and views to find the best way forward.

6.30 pm Speech by Ros Atkins, followed by a Q&A

7.30 pm

7:35 pm to 8.30 pm (Optional) Tour of the BBC building (subject to the number of attendees) and/or Networking drink at Horse & Groom, 128 Great Portland St., W1W 6PS

Ros Atkins is a presenter of Outside Source which broadcasts on BBC World News television (21:00 GMT, Mon-Thu). Prior to Outside Source, Ros hosted World Have Your Say on BBC TV and radio for many years.
