Join us at Poplar Nurseries for a hands-on BBQ cooking course to up your BBQ game!
This course is hosted by Jack Rowbottom, from Jack’s Meat Shack, who as well as sharing tips, tricks and tasters throughout the event, will be showcasing the very best of Weber, Grillstream & Kamado, showing you how the grill can influence the flavour!
As well as advice on grilling, the course will go into depth about how to make your own sauces and adventure into the perfect flavour combinations.

- Reverse Seared Pork Chops with fire-roasted chimichurri
- DIY Chicken Wings – chargrilled chicken wings + create your own sauce
- Lamb and Feta Smash Burger with Poplar Nurseries signature chilli jam
- Showstopping Rotisserie Rib of Beef
- Pineapple Flambé
All ingredients will be sourced from the Poplar Food Hall, and are available to purchase after the event, so you can recreate these dishes at home!
