We are pleased to invite you to the next seminar entitled "Contract Termination".

The session focuses on a detailed examination of the issues surrounding breaches of contract and contract termination, including practical tips and dos and don'ts when terminating a contract or being on the receiving end of a notice to terminate.

The speaker will be Addleshaw Goddard Partners Mark Molyneux and Susan Garrett.

Mark specialises in commercial litigation and provides advice to a wide range of corporates, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on disputes, including contractual and outsourcing disputes, contract termination, warranty claims and fraud, bribery and compliance.

Susan acts on all types of commercial disputes, including warranty and indemnity claims, boardroom and shareholder disputes, contractual, IT and JV disputes, judicial reviews, professional negligence claims, loss of profit claims and disputes relating to pensions, tax and trusts.

The aim in this session is to give a deep dive into contract termination and to discuss the following topics:
