Welcome to the BCS Learning Zone!

Business Computer Solutions offer a range of workshops, covering different topics. Each session has up to eight delegates attending, giving you the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and expand your knowledge. The sessions have no cost*, and the 'workshop' format enables you and fellow delegates to determine what is included. So have a think about what you would like to learn and what will help you with your job role before attending one of our workshops. It really is all about you!

This session is designed to make your daily tasks more productive with less effort, whilst helping to iron out those niggles that we all have with our computers. Topics included in the session are:

• Shortcuts – quick and easy methods of getting tasks done

• Quick copying and pasting

• Smarter web surfing and searching

• Linking between different apps

• Snipping tool and screenshots

• Neat selection techniques

With an experienced trainer, touch screen PCs and plenty of tea & coffee, it is an opportunity for you to learn how to work smarter with your computer. We're looking forward to seeing you!

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

If you are driving, there are off road car parking spaces just outside the building and allocated visitor parking spaces at the front of the building.

There are local transport links if you are using public transport. Please feel free to contact us if you have difficulty getting to us and we can arrange to pick you up.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Just bring your good self! Refreshments are provided.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

*What if I can't make it?

Although the sessions have no cost for BCS clients, if you fail to notify us of non-attendance within 48 hours of the event, we will reserve the right to invoice your business £50 per non-attendee.
