Each workshop will be run, online, for an hour once a month from October to May. The workshops aren't mandatory, but we hope you will find them useful and invite you to sign up to 1 of each workshop over the course of the next few months. The subjects covered are: Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring. All of these subjects will be set in a clinical context and aim to support you to understand them in more depth, how you can apply them in your clinical practice moving forward and to give you an idea of how these skills should be applied to you as you progress through your career.
In practical terms, there is a limit of 25 people on each workshop so please sign up early. Please ensure you arrive on time for the workshop, that you are somewhere, with a good internet connection and that you are on a laptop or tablet - you will be expected to use your phone as part of the workshop - so you will need to be logged in on another device. We ask that you adhere strictly to these guidelines - you will be expected to participate in the workshop, so arriving on time with the right kit ready to speak is important.
