Anchorwood Bank is the most important regeneration project in North Devon and will create an exceptional new riverside quarter for Barnstaple. Phase 1 of the site is almost complete, with ASDA opening at the beginning of November. Wessex Investors and North Devon Homes are working in partnership on Phase 2 which will deliver 172 homes and new shops and restaurants from Spring 2018. Plans for the Oliver Buildings area at the gateway to the site are progressing well.
