About this event

Health • Mental health

This one-part Be A More Confident You course is designed to help women in Halton build their confidence, resilience, and create a positive money mindset for the future.

Women are often taught to put other people before ourselves. With the cost of living crisis adding extra pressure, we have a space for women to talk openly, learn tools that can help, and ultimately feel in control of their personal finances.

This session will cover:

💪 Confidence & Resilience

  • How to grow your confidence by practising self-awareness and positive affirmations
  • Develop resilience through integrated lifestyle including mindfulness

🎯 Financial Wellbeing & Setting SMARTER Goals

  • Take control of your money with budgeting tools and saving strategies
  • Set clear goals and make real progress toward what matters to you

This course is limited to 12 places - so please let us know if you can't make it so we can offer up your space.

On completion, you will receive a certificate and a Love2Shop voucher.

*NB* The training will take place at Hazelhurst Studios in Runcorn on Friday 12th of September, 2025 at 10am - 3pm

Please note, tickets for this course will close on Thursday 11th of September at 9am.

Here's what our past attendees have to say:

"It’s not just about having the skills and knowledge. It’s using them that matters. This course has helped me a lot with that."

~

"This course unlocked part of my heart and brain! There were lots of useful, practical suggestions and I am walking away feeling lighter."

~

"It’s been great to meet other like-minded women ... it’s interesting how we all face similar issues regardless of issues of age, race and ethnicity."
