About this event

Health • Mental health

This one-part Be A More Confident You course is designed to help women in Liverpool to build their confidence, resilience, and create a positive money mindset for the future.

Women are often taught to put other people before ourselves. With the cost of living crisis adding extra pressure, we have a space for women to talk openly, learn tools that can help, and ultimately feel in control of their personal finances.

This day session will cover:

AM💪 Confidence & Resilience

  • Positive thinking, affirmations & positive self talk
  • Managing change and building resilience

PM🎯 Financial Wellbeing & Setting Goals

  • Building a positive money mindset, budgetting, and feeling in control of your finances.
  • Setting goals to improve confidence and financial wellbeing

Light refreshments will be provided. On completion, you will receive a certificate and a Love2Shop voucher.

*NB* The training will take place at 54 St James Street on Thursday 18th September, 9.30am - 3pm. Please note, tickets for this course will close on Wednesday 17th of September at 9am.

Here's what our past attendees have to say:

"It’s not just about having the skills and knowledge. It’s using them that matters. This course has helped me a lot with that."

~

"This course unlocked part of my heart and brain! There were lots of useful, practical suggestions and I am walking away feeling lighter."

~

"It’s been great to meet other like-minded women ... it’s interesting how we all face similar issues regardless of issues of age, race and ethnicity."

Eligibility:
