Be Bold runs over 10 weeks, you can follow the timetable or work through at your own pace.
We know that many people have difficulty making time to focus on their career and professional development. Others lack the confidence or insight to make things happen. The structure and content of the course will help you move things forward and develop an agile approach to your career, so you are ready for future opportunities.
Course leaders Rosemary McLean, Valerie Rowles and Mark Anderson (via webinars and videos) will guide you through the course.

What’s involved?
Over ten weeks, our career experts guide and inspire you through a structured program. You can follow the timetable or work through at your own pace, the outcomes are the same.
Sessions are delivered online through motivational videos and resources, weekly emails and interactive webinars. Plus, there is a forum for questions, sharing experiences and advice.

On Monday 22nd April, we send out the Introductory week course information. We continue to email weekly - each Monday - with inspiration and links to the new content. New sessions are released every two weeks. We estimate it takes 1-2 hours a week to complete the resources, but you can work through at your own pace. The course includes four webinars where you can meet the course guides; we will send calendar appointments for each webinar.
Frequently asked questions
We will refund your purchase up until 8th April 2024, 14 days before the Be Bold program starts. Please email bebold@careerinnovation.com with any questions or issues you may have.
Yes, by completing certain activities you can gain a CPD cerificate to show the time and effort you have invested in your development.
All the webinars are recorded and are added to the course site within 24hrs. You can watch them anytime to catch up, or re-watch if you missed a bit.
The course materials and recordings of the webinars are available until April 2025 so you can dip back in whenever you want and continue to work at your own pace.
You will receive an email with full joining instructions on Monday 22nd April. It will give you the links to the site where all the course activities are published. The webinars will be hosted in Adobe Connect, you will receive calendar invites for each one with the access links.
