If you have to miss a session at short notice please arrive early for the next session so that you can speak to the Course Leader ahead of time.

Course Leader

The course leaders for this course are Vari Mcluskie and Howard Saunders.

Vari Mclsukie

Vari met Thich Nhat Hanh 26 years ago on a retreat and knew that the Plum Village mindfulness tradition was where she felt at home. Since this time Vari has applied mindfulness to all aspects of her life and experienced the healing, calmness and happiness it can bring. Vari has enjoyed teaching mindfulness for over 12 years.

Howard Saunders

I have been enjoying practising mindfulness for four years and have found that it has brought a rich deepening to my daily life. I enjoy using mindfulness in my voluntary work as a chaplain with a mental health trust and as a worker with Circles of Support and Accountability.
