Course Leader

The course leaders for this course are Gareth and Angie .

I have been practising mindfulness and facilitating mindfulness sessions for about five years now. I have a very busy work life and mindfulness helps me maintain a healthy balance. Mindfulness helps me to manage stress. It also reminds me to keep some time to do things that make me happy each day.

I was introduced to Thich Nhat Hanh’s Mindfulness Practice through a yoga/ Shiatsu teacher, who supported me through a very difficult time in my life.

Over the past 20+ years my mindfulness practice has progressed and deepened. I regularly attend retreats in the UK and Europe and I facilitate at many days of mindfulness and weekend retreats across the UK each year.
