Successful leadership is the aspiration of many leaders. Some attain and maintain it while some lose this valuable commodity without knowing how to regain it. Some leaders never attain it but aspire to be successful in how they lead and manage their teams. Others never see themselves as leaders and may have attained that title and responsibility by default.

However you became a leader, it is important that there are very good and desirable attributes driving your leadership in order for you to be successful. It is also important that once you become a successful leader, you remain successful.
