The first place to start is to get super clear on what your focus will be for the year ahead and set goals in a very specific way in order for them to be much more achievable.

During the workshop you will:

- identify your key areas of focus for 2021 & learn the 'why' behind these.

- dig deeper on what has stopped you achieving these goals in the past or what might get in your way in the future.

- learn about your core values and how these directly influence your goals.

- get specific with your goals so they become super clear, realistic and achievable.

- learn how to keep on track with your goals as time goes on and willpower lacks.

I bring my extensive knowledge of happiness, self-development and goal-setting to help give you a value-packed 2 hours.
