Please join us for our next Be Informed Event hosted jointly by IWIRC London and IWIRC Midlands and North of England. The topic is 'Trading administrations: Lessons learned from the frontlines' at 5pm on Wednesday 14 May.

The event will be held at PwC's offices in:

  • London(7 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2RT)
  • Leeds (Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL)
  • Manchester (1 Hardman Square, Manchester, M3 3EB); and
  • Birmingham (One Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX)

There will also be a virtual platform for those who would prefer to or are unable to join in person. There will be speakers who will be presenting from London and Leeds, with a live broadcast at Manchester and Birmingham, allowing each location to listen in and participate in the panel's discussion on their learnings and insights from their first-hand experiences in trading administrations.

The moderator is Isabelle Gross, a partner at PwC. The speakers are:

  • Jane Steer a partner at PWC who has worked on a number of trading administrations, in particular Wilko
  • Sarah Collins a Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal who has worked on a number of trading administrations in particular in the automotive sector
  • Sarah Foster a partner in the Addleshaw Goddard Manchester office who has advised on a number of trading administrations; and
  • Samantha Taylor from Aon who provide insurance to office holders in trading administrations and to potential purchasers of assets to deal with due diligence and warranty issues.
