A facilitated panel session discussing the challenges women face pursuing careers in R&I & tips from those who have made it to the top
About this event
In this ninety-minute panel session we will be hearing from 5 colleagues well known today in the Restructuring & Insolvency market, who have made it to the top of the profession and their respective firms. We will hear from each of them about their story, and will subsequently split into five break out rooms to discuss the challenges that still face us all in our careers and get expert "tips from the top" from our panellists.
Expect to hear about fair allocation of work, equality of opportunity, career progression alongside parenting, non-chargeable work and its impact on billing targets, winning work, the challenges of alcohol based and male oriented marketing and much more.
Come to discuss, to share experiences and to learn. To ensure that we all feel comfortable speaking and asking questions, this session will take place on a Chatham House Rules basis and will not be recorded. We will also be sending out a treat to enjoy during the event to those who have registered by 12 November.
Tickets for members are free using the code MEMBER100. Tickets for non members are £30.
