Session content and format
Join us for an informative presentation followed by a Q&A session on how to report incidents of rough sleeping outside business premises. Representatives from Cheltenham Borough Council, the Housing Intervention Team, Public Protection Neighbourhood Team, Solace, and Gloucestershire Police will outline the reporting process, available support services, and enforcement procedures. This session is designed to help businesses understand their role and the steps to take when encountering individuals sleeping rough near their property.

Thank you to Marks & Spencer, who have kindly agreed to host the session in their training room. On arrival, please make your way to the main till point on the ground floor and sign-in with a staff member. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for this process.
Tickets are free* for Cheltenham BID levy paying businesses with a maximum allocation of 5 tickets per business.
*While these tickets are free to attendees, please be aware that each one represents a real cost to the BID. We kindly ask that if you reserve a ticket, you honour your commitment to attend. No-shows prevent other businesses from taking advantage of the opportunity.
