Our first session of the day looks at the characteristics of an entrepreneur, and how to stay motivated when you get the wobbles!

Lola Hoad, Founder of One Girl Band and LH Design.
Lola started LH Design in 2014 at the age of 19, after deciding to shun University and instead, be her own boss. Now trading across the UK and internationally, Lola’s beautifully crafted products can be seen in many outlets in Europe.
Building her own business gave Lola an insight into the challenges and joys of running a business, and in 2015 One Girl Band was born. This fabulous collective gives female entrepreneurs and creatives a friendly and comfortable coworking space in Brighton and an online resource in the OneGirlBand website.
Lola will share her experiences and tips for starting and running a business and the taking care of yourself at the same time.
