Description

A series of simple practical mindfulness exercises that can be done at home, work and even on public transport. Learn bite-sized ways to manage your stress, slow down the mind, release physical tension and develop self-compassion so that your days have more flow and less hard edges.

Techniques covered include mindful breathing, mindful movement, mindful eating and mindful ANYTHING
