Is overnight accommodation available?

Accepted Answer

The venue has 92 en-suite bedrooms. You can book independently with the Møller Institute or source your own accommodation in Cambridge. The venue is a 15-minute stroll from the historic and cultural heart of Cambridge city centre.

Is the Møller Institute fully accessible?

Accepted Answer

The Møller Institute is fully accessible. Designated disabled parking is available close to the main entrance. A hearing loop is available on request. If you require assistance, please contact the events team at the Møller Institute  at least 14 days prior to the event reception.moller@chu.cam.ac.uk

How do I complete my PRINT® survey? Is this something that's mandatory?

Refreshments and  lunch are included.  If you have any dietary requirements, please contact the events team at the Møller Institute at least 14 days prior to the event on +44 (0)1223 465500 or email reception.moller@chu.cam.ac.uk.

Is there a minimum number of people needed to run this event?

Accepted Answer

Whilst we'd like to keep the event 'small and perfectly formed', there is a minimum threshold  to make it viable. If we don’t reach that threshold, we may need to cancel. Should that happen, you’ll receive a full refund.
