Can a breakdown be a good thing? Esther Nagle certainly thinks so. After 20 years of misery and alcohol dependence she refused to acknowledge, life took control and forced her to confront her deep unhappiness and addiction. A decision to train as a yoga teacher led to happiness, self acceptance and ease-ful sobriety as Esther learned coping and relaxation strategies, self compassion and self awareness. Esther now lives a far more BALANCED life, and she loves to help other people do the same. In this talk, she will share her fascinating journey, complete with Beatles, mountains and breaths, and share with you the foundations of a BALANCED life

What do you do when life as you know it slowly falls apart?

I once was so immersed in grief and sadness that I thought I'd never smile again.

Fast forward two years and I was working for a global superstar, flying all over Europe in a private jet!
In this life, we have to ignite the spark inside us ourselves, we are our own catalyst for happiness.
I had to accept my past, face my fears and learn to live in the present not the past.

Don't be afraid of the light you possess, it only ever illuminates the way for others in times of darkness.

In this talk, I give the Spiritual tools that I used to step out of the shadows and into the sunlight. The food remedy is all about feeding your mind, nourishing your body and feeling your soul.

3:00pm - Caerphilly Health Hero - Emma Burns

Talk - Just Keep Going

After a multitude of difficult experiences, grief, depression, anxiety and stress topped with raising a family and battling my unhealthy thoughts. The best thing that guilted me to healing was the journey into complementary therapies and connecting with others.

The doors are opening one by one and it's been an amazing journey. One I feel is part of my growth to clarity through sharing.
