Do I need prior knowledge of the Bach Flower Remedies?

Not at all, this event is aimed at people with little or no knowledge of the Bach Flower Remedy system! You may be aware of them and have used Rescue Remedy or others before, but this session is intended to be for people who want to understand the history and use of the remedies.

What will this event cover?

Accepted Answer

We will start with a brief history of the Bach Flower Remedy System and Dr Bach, then explore how the remedies work, what they can be used for and how they can help us. We will cover how to take them and different uses in our lives.

Is the session going to be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No, the session will not be recorded. However, participants who attend will get handouts and information sent to them for their reference.

Question 4

Is the session interactive? I am worried about participating in the group.

Accepted Answer

The session will be interactive but only as much as you want it to be! Ideally cameras will be on but this is not required. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and we will do a couple of exercises but these will be personal and there is no requirement to share/feedback.

I’ve bought a ticket but can no longer attend - can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, unless in exceptional circumstances and/or I can transfer the ticket to someone on the waitlist. If you have any problems attending, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to transfer and refund. Please note: refunds exclude booking fees.

How do I join the event?

The event will be held on GoogleMeet and I will share a link with you in advance of the session. You should be able to join in any web browser.

Is this a formal Bach Flower training?

Accepted Answer

No, this is an introductory workshop to help people understand what Bach Flower Remedies are and how they might help. I am fully qualified and a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner but this is not a formally recognised training (see www.bachcentre.org for formal training options).
