About this event
BeachFront BJJ proudly presents our inaugural BJJ immersive experience located on the beautiful Jurassic Coast in the SW of England. Not only will you receive world class Jiu Jitsu Instruction, you will also have the opportunity to experience holistic therapies which will help you progress on and off the mat. We will not only educate you in cold water recovery therapy but allow you to feel the positive effects through experiential learning (optional of course). This will then lead onto a mixture of yoga and mobility exercises specifically targeted and designed to relax your mind and body in preparation for the Jiu Jitsu to follow.
Once you are ready, we have invited one of the world's best UK based Jiu Jitsu Professors to host not one but two seminars either side of the provided lunch. Ash Williams from Draig, Swansea needs no introduction, his accolades include but are not limited to 3 x Polaris Champion, European IBBJF No Gi Champion and he has recently qualified for this year's ADCC Championships. His methodology and instructional abilities are world-class and are definitely not to be missed.
The seminars will be hosted on the top floor of Ocean our stunning modern seafront venue. Here you will have the opportunity to witness the incredibel views of the coastline whilst on the mat, making that submission taste just a little bit sweeter!
In addition you will also have the opportunity to attend a performance fundamentals seminar. This seminar will provide some basic strategies that can be applied to aid you to improve your psychological skills both on and off the mats.
Penultimately you will be given an event T-Shirt to show your participation and prove that you are one of the BFBJJ originals.
