This Beach Soundbath and Group Reiki is bound to be extra special, and we will hopefully then be graced with a lovely sunset. This is the perfect mindful evening to rejuvenate your soul with friends, loved ones, or on your own for some peace and quiet whilst the Soundbowls and Reiki work their magic.

Leasowe bay beach is extremely beautiful and tranquil and if you decide to cold water dip before or after, this will of course be at your own risk.

Numbers will be limited, booking is essential, and we do request please don’t bring dogs as people will be attending for a peaceful and tranquil sound bath experience.

What to expect:

• Introduction/meditation/breathing exercises
• Full sound bath experience
• Group Reiki offered - Angelic Reiki and Usiu Reiki
• Oracle Cards
• Negativity protection exercises and grounding
• Closing of session and after advice
