About this event

Charity & Causes • Environment

Beached! is a project which encourages people to learn more about what's washing up on their beaches. You will learn how to identify what you're finding; learn where to record and will have the chance to become a regular recorder on your own patch of shore.
We'll be starting off in the classroom, then heading to the beach to see if you can apply what you've learnt.

Please bring clothing suitable for the weather on the day and salty, wet shore environments. The beach access is over low dune and pebbles before a wet, sandy flat shore.

There are toilets in the classroom, but not on shore. Public transport is frequent to the top of the road to Talacre. There will be a 15min walk to the meeting location.
Please note the exact meeting details and take down the leader's mobile number in case.

The event organiser speaks conversational Welsh, please feel free to use Welsh or English during this event.
