What is BeamBlock FLEXI?

BeamBlock FLEXI is a flexibility based fitness workout using a world-patented platform called BeamBlock.


What are the benefits of BeamBlock FLEXI?

BeamBlock challenges flexibility, stability and strength more than a yoga mat or any other piece of yoga floor equipment.


How does it work?

BeamBlock is essential to the BeamBlock FLEXI workout and requires the user to move seamlessly around BeamBlock while connecting body and mind.


Who is it for?

BeamBlock FLEXI is designed for those who need to improve flexibiltiy and fitness but may not be interested in yoga.


Who will teach the class?

The masterclass will be lead by BeamBlock Founder and Dragons’ Den winner Thierry Giunta.


What to expect from the class?

This class aims to enable participants to understand how to use BeamBlock for Flexibility. By the end of this class, participants will be able to:

  1. List and identify the four features of BeamBlock.
  2. Demonstrate how to use the four features of BeamBlock.
  3. List and identify the benefits of using BeamBlock for flexibility.
  4. Demonstrate how to use the four features of BeamBlock.
  5. State the four checks for correct foot placement on BeamBlock.
  6. Demonstrate the four checks for correct foot placement on BeamBlock.
  7. Name the three BeamBlock stances.
  8. Demonstrate the three BeamBlock stances safely and effectively.
  9. Recognise the seven BeamBlock transition steps.
  10. Demonstrate the seven BeamBlock transition steps.
  11. Identify the three stages of a stretch.
  12. Demonstrate the three stages of a stretch.
  13. Recognise the technique principles (A.B.C.D.E) when using BeamBlock for stretching.
  14. Demonstrate a flexibility sequence using the BeamBlock technique principles (A.B.C.D.E).


What to bring: Yoga mat (we will also have some availabe in case you do not own one), water, towel, post workout snack.

What to wear: Leggings or shorts and t-shirt or vest. We recommend practising BeamBlock Flexi barefoot.

Safety: Please keep the area around the BeamBlock clear of personal belongings.
