- Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation
- Orthosmile requires 1 weeks' notice when cancelling a free consultation appointment

- The consultation includes an initial assessment and treatment advice. Additional records (e.g. X-rays) are not included and will be taken at a 2nd appointment if you proceed, unless advised otherwise
