This is a 3-hour workshop, designed for individuals seeking to improve their productivity and motivation. Participants will learn about the psychological and emotional causes of procrastination, the different types of motivation. and practical techniques to enhance focus and productivity.
Participants will explore habit stacking techniques, time blocking strategies and ways to get started. By the end of the session, attendees will be able to implement these strategies in their daily routines.
