Beats and Bass - Introduction to Music Production

Learn to make Hip Hop, Grime, Afro Beat, House.

Waltham Forest Music Service invites students attending Waltham Forest secondary schools to take part in this 10 week music production workshop. Students will be introduced to the basics of creating tracks in a variety of popular styles and will be able to access tutorial videos to continue their work at home.

We offer this class in partnership with Charanga VIP music production software, members of this group will receive a log-in for this cloud-based software so they can continue working on their productions at home. In order to benefit most from this class, students will need access to an internet enabled computer and a broadband connection at home. No specialist music production equipment is required.

Students' work will be showcased at a listening/sharing event for students, parents and guests in July.
