AI is everywhere right now. But for many of us working in music with young people, it still feels a bit unfamiliar. What does it really mean for creativity, for learning, and for the work we do in communities? CTRL + ALT + CREATE is a space for organisations, music leaders, educators and young people to come together and explore how AI is showing up in our sector. Not as a buzzword, but as something we can understand, question, and possibly use in a way that feels right for us.
What to Expect:
- AI in Music Making: Explore how artists and producers are using AI to create and collaborate, and where the creative line gets blurred.
- AI in Fundraising: Learn how AI is supporting bid writing for small organisations. We’ll look at what helps, what to avoid, and how to keep your voice in the process.
- Ethics and Ownership: Who owns AI-generated music? What happens when humans and machines co-create? We’ll unpack the key issues.
- Open Conversation: Ask questions, share experiences, and learn together in a welcoming, honest space.
