TIMINGS
1pm - Arrivals: collect your name badge and welcome drink and mingle
1.30pm - Exclusive three course lunch designed by the Wild Roots executive chef with half a bottle of beaujolais each. Book your own table or join a mixer table with one of our table hosts. Bar available.
3pm - Charity raffle & our pub quiz with prize giving
3.30pm - Live entertainment - network at the bar or dance the afternoon away!
5pm - Event ends but join the after party in the city centre
