Summer’s here and so are the summer clothes! Do you worry about how you’re going to look? Are you ready to feel confident in yourself? In this class we will address your habits, thoughts and emotions about how you look, want to look and what you do about it.

This class is for:

  • Anyone who wants to lose weight
  • Anyone who wants to control food cravings
  • Anyone who wants to have a healthy dose of body confidence

Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T. or ‘Tapping’) is a very effective tool that can provide successful results for physical and emotional issues. If you find it difficult to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle and this is causing frustration, it may be due to emotional stress or something as simple as boredom or reward.

This class will help you understand:

  • When and what triggers your eating habits
  • What behaviours sabotage your efforts to eating healthy portions
  • How to greatly reduce or neutralize the negative feelings that caused these habits

When you understand what your beliefs and thoughts are around food, you will have better control and awareness of your habits, you will make new healthy choices.

You will learn:

  • How to use E.F.T. to eliminate food cravings and break bad eating habits
  • Understand it’s not always what you are eating, it’s what’s eating you

You will leave this class having new tools and techniques to help you anytime, to continue living a healthy eating lifestyle and feeling confident in your summer attire!
