About this event
Because I knew you: A Wicked Workshop
Step into the world of Wicked to explore what psychology can teach us about self-identity, courage and authentic connection when the world seeks to silence and oppress. Using story, characters and ideas from the land of Oz alongside research and reflection- this workshop aims to help us understand the forces that shape belonging and exclusion and how compassion and values can guide us towards connection and resilience.
This workshop draws from Compassion Focused Therapy, Social Rank Theory and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
