Will I become a volunteer if I attend the Training?

No, Community Connectors are knowledgeable about what support there is out in the community, you can give as much or as little time as you wish. Some Community Connectors attend our talking cafes or support their community groups in their local areas, others are just happy that they have knowledge.

I belong to an Organisation, would you be able to train as a group?

Yes, we are happy to offer online, in person or we can come to you, we have successfully trained many groups and organisations, we can add bespoke training tailored to your individual needs. Our training is offered to all areas covered by Arc Bucks PCN GP Surgeries.

I'm interested in your face to face training, Is there parking at the venue?

Our Host venue, Beaconsfield medical centre has plenty of free parking.

Do I have to give up more of my time to be a community connector?

No, being a community connector is not another task to add to your busy life, it's all about knowing what support is out there and spreading information if needed to others, in an informal way.
